Joe is a seasoned association executive specializing in event strategy, planning, and execution. As the driving force behind NAVC-supported events, he designs and manages high-impact experiences that align with organizational goals, enhance brand visibility, and foster engagement. Under his leadership, the NAVC’s flagship event, VMX, has achieved remarkable growth and ranks 11th out of the Top 20 largest shows (by attendees) at the Orange County Convention Center.
With extensive experience working with local, state, national, and international organizations, Joe has led all facets of nonprofit management, including marketing, event management, membership development, leadership programs, quality analysis, and certification initiatives. Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President at a full-service association and corporate event management firm based in Orlando, overseeing conferences across the U.S., Canada, Asia, and Europe.
