Dan Carter is SVP, Creative+Design at Freeman, overseeing all creative and design teams and projects across North America, having held similar roles in Australia, China, South East Asia and the US.

He brings with him over 18 years of experience managing creative, strategy, and design teams, working to build many of the world’s best brands through digital and real-world campaigns, live experiences and events, activations and trade show builds that have exceeded business expectations, wowed audiences and lingered long in the memory of the attendees and guests. He also once launched an Oreo that tasted like a Firework, which…is something, for sure.

Dan’s work has been awarded by Cannes Lions, APAC Spikes, The Effies, Ex-Awards, Reggies, Stevies, Hermes Creative Awards and Adweek’s Media Agency of the Year. In 2023, he was named a BizBash 40 under 40.
