REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

We are thrilled you are interested in joining us for Trade Show Executive’s Fastest 50 Awards & Summit. It is going to be an exciting event, which will open the door to new ideas that will shape our industry’s future, reunite us with friends and colleagues, meet new peers, network and identify new opportunities for the future. The event will be taking place in Orlando.

The Fastest 50 & Next 50 honorees are selected based on the percentage of growth in three categories:

  • Net square feet
  • Number of exhibiting companies
  • Number of attendees.

The Fastest 50 Awards & Summit is an exclusive event for upper-level trade show management, specifically meant for budgetary influencers and decision makers. 

Fastest 50 Awards & Summit will be held on April 22 – 24, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland, at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor.

April 22nd – Offsite Group Activity and Welcome Reception

Meet the Class of 2025 Fastest 50 & Next 50 Honorees: Honorees – Trade Show Executive’s Fastest 50 Awards & Summit

Fastest 50 & Next 50 Honorees: 

  • One complimentary registration ($720 Early Bird and $875 value per registration).

  • Executive-level Organizer (Without a Ranking Show) $1125 (Early bird $875)  
  • Show Organizers can enjoy a special hotel rate of $239 per night (excluding taxes and resort fees) at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor.
  • Complimentary round-trip transportation will be provided from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) to the resort by Event Transportation Systems

  • Guest – Significant others of any attendees can attend for $675 (Early bird $550)

Registration deadlines are April 10th!

All meals, complimentary transportation, special hotel room rates, and a full schedule of events: Chairman’s Dinner, optional exciting off-site group experiences (space is limited, so be sure to register), Opening Welcome Reception, Educational Summit, Awards Reception, Awards Dinner & Gala, After Party, and Farewell Departure Breakfast. 

All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. Complimentary round-trip car transportation will be provided for all attendees.

Yes, use our Early Bird Rates of $720, available for qualified attendees until March 13th. Then fees increase to $875. 

Top executives from each Fastest 50 ranked show or honorees Qualified Attendees, as defined by Trade Show Executive, are non-sales executive-level (Director/VP and above) professionals from associations or organizations that have budgetary influence, own, produce, or manage trade shows. 

No, all qualified show organizers are welcome to join us! We would love to have the Trade Show and Event Industry join us at Fastest 50!

Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration has been received. 

Once the Trade Show Executive team reviews your registration and it is approved, you will receive a second confirmation email with the relevant links for attendance, including the link to reserve a hotel room and reserve your complimentary transportation to and from the event.

If your registration is denied, a team member will reach out to you to let you know the reason or ask for additional qualifying information.  

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague who meets our attendee qualifications from your company up until a week prior to the event. To transfer your registration, please contact fastest50@tradeshowexecutive.com. 

Qualified Attendees, as defined by TSE, are non-sales executive-level (Director/VP and above) professionals from associations or organizations that have budgetary influence, own, produce, or manage trade shows. 

We are not able to offer refunds for cancellations.  To cancel your registration, please contact fastest50@tradeshowexecutive.com.

Wednesday, April 22, 2026  | 7 am – Noon, 3 pm – 7 pm

Thursday, April 23, 2026  | 7 am – 3:30 pm, 5 pm – 7:30 pm

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is the closest airport location.  

Complimentary round-trip transportation will be provided by Event Transportation Services.

Dress code is business casual, cocktail attire or resort wear for the opening reception and Fastest 50 Summit. Bring a sweater or light jacket because meeting rooms and outdoor patios can be a bit chilly. Dress attire for the Fastest 50 Reception & Dinner is formal, which ranges from short cocktail dresses to long gowns for women, while the men wear business suits, tuxedos or even kilts. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!
